Job Description

Position Title: Purchasing Staff – Commissary / Restaurant Operations

Department: Commissary / Supply Chain

Reports to: Purchasing Officer / Commissary Manager

  • The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing raw materials, dry goods, and other supplies needed for commissary production and restaurant operations.
  • The role ensures that all purchases are cost-effective, timely, and meet quality standards.

Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food and restaurant industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with purchasing/inventory software.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
