Purchasing Executive

What you'll do:

Procurement & orders — Place timely orders with air and sea freight suppliers, monitor weekly perishables ordering across all countries, and maintain full document control for sea shipments.

Customs & compliance — Ensure all imports meet Singapore's requirements, process customs documents through to warehouse arrival, and handle all shipment and import matters end-to-end.

Supplier management — Actively negotiate price increases and claims, manage the supplier database, source alternatives when needed, and follow up on credit notes promptly.

Inventory & forecasting — Own order forecasting accuracy, keep inventory at optimum levels, and recommend strategies for effective stock management.

Stakeholder communication — Keep relevant teams informed of shipment changes promptly and proactively improve processes for greater efficiency.
