Purchasing Executive / Purchaser

Responsibilities Purchasing & Procurement function (core function) Process purchase requisitions and issue POs Source and procure lighting products locally and overseas Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with project specifications Logistics function (approx. 2%) Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and project teams Support local and international shipments Monitor shipment status and report potential delays Inventory Control function (approx. 2%) Track material availability to prevent shortages or excess Support cost comparison and supplier evaluation
Cross-Functional Support Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounts for smooth procurement Assist with supplier pre-qualification and compliance documentation Anyother ad hoc duties assigned Requirements:
