Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support daily procurement activities and ensure smooth purchasing operations. The successful candidate will assist in supplier sourcing, purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices to support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily purchasing and procurement activities
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, orders, pricing, and deliveries Process purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Monitor stock and inventory requirements Compare pricing and negotiate for cost-effective purchases Support administrative and operational purchasing functions Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and suppliers
