Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring materials, equipment, and services needed for projects, ensuring they arrive on time and within budget. Includes managing supplier relationships, verifying quality, controlling costs, maintaining accurate documentation (POs/invoices), and coordinating with site teams to prevent shortages or delays. Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with local and overseas vendors. Key Aspects of the Purchaser's Scope: Technical knowledge:
