About the role

This role needs an individual who has a strong appreciation of the importance of attention to detail and deadlines but is a people-person able to build and sustain relationships with staff, customers and suppliers to respond to day-to-day challenges with a resourceful and positive attitude.


Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Provide guidance and support to staff raising orders

  • Check invoices to make sure they are correct and not previously paid and take action as necessary

  • Deal with queries, monitor mailboxes and allocate tasks

  • Manage rotas and provide basic systems training to users

  • Check credit card transactions.

    • The successful candidate must show flexibility and commitment in order to meet deadlines and timescales. Reliability and an ability to undertake transactional related tasks with accuracy using electronic systems are essential.
