Purchase Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of FMCG products
• Source and develop reliable local & international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms & delivery schedules
• Coordinate with export, logistics, sales & finance teams
• Handle purchase orders, supplier agreements & export documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards & international trade practices
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery/quality issues
• Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of FMCG procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, packaging materials & vendor management
• Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures & Incoterms
• Proficiency in Zoho & MS Excel
