SUMMARY:

The Purchase Book Controller is responsible for maintaining theaccuracy, integrity, and completeness of the purchase book within Winrest. This
role operates independently from the purchasing function to ensure proper
governance, data reliability, and separation of duties. The position focuses on
recording and controlling procurement transactions rather than executing
purchasing decisions, ensuring transparency and avoidance of conflicts of
interest between suppliers, buyers, and financial records.

RESPONSIBILITES
