About the Role

            Responsibilities To be assigned in one of the following Housing & Development Board (HDB) A&A projects: 
HDB - INSTALLATION OF URBANWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM AT YISHUN AND JURONG TOWNS 
HDB - A&A WORKS TO TOILET AT HDB HUB 
HDB - IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKS 
HDB - GOODWILL REPAIR ASSISTANCE (GRA) 
Liaised with residents/end users, overseeing daily repair routines among workers. 
Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Client’s specifications. 
Addressed residents/end users feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager. 
Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fostering positive relationships with residents. 
Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications.
