About the Role
Summary You will serve as a Public Private Venture Project Manager in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will exercise responsibility to effect planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and oversite of public private venture projects. You will lead project development including financial modeling, proposal evaluation, negotiation, construction, property management, and overall business execution. You will conduct on-site liaison reviews of new initiatives and projects to decern their effectiveness and devise follow-up action as necessary. You will collect status information on all assigned projects and provide briefs to higher authorities. You will assist in developing and executing the annual public private venture project budgets.
