Public Feedback Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking candidates in Singapore for a role focusing on managing public feedback and ensuring communication efficiency. Responsibilities include triaging feedback through OneService App and LifeSG, and accurately routing this feedback to the appropriate agencies.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 'A' Levels, Diploma or Degree, and have good communication and coordination skills. This position is a 6-month contract with a commitment of 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
