Responsibilities
- Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
- Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests.
- Act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
- Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed stocked.
- Perform routine checks of all public areas.
- Clean and self‑inspect public areas as assigned in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels.
- Great attention to detail.
