POSITION: Custodian/Housekeeper
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt
Summary
Under general supervision, performs routine custodian/housekeeping work while cleaning and caring for the facility building. Conducts general cleaning and upkeep of buildings, including restrooms, buffing, dusting and sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors. Washes windows, as well as clean-up of the facility during and after events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned. These include, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, washing and waxing.
+ Empty trash and wastebaskets. Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
+ Assist with event clean-up.
+ Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
