Psychiatrist Position

Under direction, provides psychiatric diagnostic and therapeutic services; advises on the prevention, research, and medical aspects of other mental health program activities and does other work as required.

Sufficient education and experience to become licensed as a practicing psychiatrist in the State of California. Possession of a valid State of California License as a physician and surgeon and evidence of completion of an approved residency program in psychiatry; possession of a valid Drug Enforcement Administration Registration Certificate. Valid California Driver's License.

A valid driver's license may be required at the time of appointment and employees may also be required to drive their own vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance as per Vehicle Code VC § .
