Protégé, Project Analyst

• Manage daily voucher fulfilment and redemption processes
• Track reward inventory, burn rate, and redemption status
• Support campaign setup, execution, and post‑campaign wrap‑up
• Handle operational issues related to rewards redemption and escalation

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare regular campaign and engagement reports using Excel/Google Sheet
• Track key metrics such as redemption rate and voucher utilization

Partner & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage campaign creation & fulfilment
• Support documentation of SOPs

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and operations
