Propulsion Supplier Quality Engineer - Castings

Job Description Details
Responsible for overseeing several casting commodities while also having direct responsibility for a given commodity and ownership of the supply base to assure processes and quality of parts produced meet and exceed all expectations to the manufacturing plants of the Stellantis group.
PPAP approvals of new projects and engineering changes.
Coordination of quality problem containment activities and root cause investigation through the use of advanced problem-solving techniques.
Implementation of corrective, preventive actions, continuous improvement and action plans in supplier plants.
Supplier audits to ensure compliance with the quality standards and requirements of Stellantis and the Automotive industry.
Direct involvement with the full life cycle of components from early development, sourcing, launch phase, and into production.
