Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals for international offshore wind projects . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies in a competitive bidding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise & review a number of proposals
• Provide recommendations for budget preparation
• Review of estimation processes
• Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors
• Recommend bidding strategies
• Implement agreed strategies & set procedures
• Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
