• Conduct negotiations related to valuations as needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form.

• Experience in property valuation; knowledge of the property market.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• University degree in property valuation or related field is preferred but not required.
