About the Role
Job description:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to understand property values and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market.
Qualifications:
- Know-how on lease-hold rights
- Know-how on real estate internet selling particularly Airbnb business
- Wide networks of expats & clients who wants to have an Airbnb business or long term residential lease here in the Philippines
- Residing near BGC Taguig, Makati or willing to commute or relocate near the project site
- Has willingness to report to BGC office/showroom and do sales activities (online & offline)
