Property Manager

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Residential Operations, the Property Manager is responsible for the professional management, administration and leasing for a Centurion portfolio of student housing communities. The Manager ensures that all assets are effectively and efficiently managed to established standards and within established budgets.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Development – Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure proactive timely resolution of staff, contractor, vendor, and consultant performance issues.
• Customer Service – Professionally and courteously handle all resident inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns. Ensure a high level of resident satisfaction is achieved through consistent attention to the company's vision, mission and values. Promote a strong sense of community.
