With over 1,500 fully furnished, design-forward apartments across Spain, and soon expanding to the U.We are looking for a Property Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the performance of our premium property portfolio across Spain. This role is focused exclusively on the relationship with property owners, not tenants. You will work to maximize profitability, control performance indicators, and ensure excellent service delivery to our partners. Financial Management: Control and optimize the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for your property portfolio, ensuring profitability and strict alignment with the budget.
