Job Description
- A Property Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. They are responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all legal and financial obligations are met.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance
- Ability to manage budgets and financial records
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict
- Proficiency in property management software
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in property management (preferred)
- Prior experience in property management or real estate (preferred)
