About the Role
Description
- Oversee and manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce property management policies and procedures.
- Assist in leasing activities including tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain relationships with tenants and promptly respond to inquiries or complaints.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer
- Experience Level: At least years of property management or real estate experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
