About the Role

As an experienced General Licensed Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in directing the operations of a multi-corporation complex. Your main responsibilities include formulating strategic goals, preparing annual budgets, and enhancing communication among the Board of Directors and homeowners. Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain a visible presence within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership on Board objectives and plans
• Oversee the execution of annual operating budgets
• Negotiate contracts with service vendors
• Conduct monthly inspections and prepare reports
• Establish and monitor maintenance and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in property management
