Property Executive
Job Descriptions Day-to-Day management and operations of properties. Prepare tenancy agreements, lease related documents and assist in lease negotiations with prospective and existing tenants. Administer lease renewals, monitor tenancy obligations, and maintain accurate tenancy records. Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work. Liaise with tenants, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities on property-related matters. Manage repair, maintenance and improvement works to ensure the building facilities and equipment remain in good operating condition. Administer term contracts, including contract renewals, performance monitoring and contractor management including but not limited to cleaning services, landscape, pest control, air conditioning, lifts and other facilities management services.
