The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in property development and project management.
Responsibilities Manage the development process from conception to completion, coordinating with government agencies, architects, builders and other consultants. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors and stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed update reports to senior management.
