They are currently recruiting for a solicitor or associate to join their well-regarded property damage team in their Manchester or Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis. This role is open to individuals with a strong civil litigation background looking to retrain.

Your new role

This Property Damage Solicitor/Associate role will see you responsible for:

Independently manage a caseload of property damage related claims

Contribute to higher-value cases as part of a collaborative team.

Interpret and respond to client needs, ensuring all casework aligns with client SLAs and industry best practices.

Assess risk and exercise sound judgment to support and justify decisions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Organise and prioritise tasks to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
