Property Business Partner

Role:

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Property Business Partner on a 6 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.

The Property Business Partners will provide a critical enabling role to facilitate the successful delivery of the service directorates-built environment priorities including capital projects and major accommodation moves.

The role will lead and manage the delivery of property and estate related capital projects and programmes across a defined portfolio which could include Regeneration, Arts, culture & Leisure or Schools. This requires successful leadership and management of competing priorities and demands to strategically plan work programmes specific to the successful delivery of the relevant client directorate.
