Property and Equipment Associate | Fixed Asset Audit

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inventories to keep records current and ensure that P&E is properly accounted nationwide.
• Assist employees on P&E inquiries, concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Conduct physical audit for the transfer or relocation of P&E.
• Conduct physical audit for the accountabilities turn-over of a resigned employee.
• Provide list of accountabilities requested by departments or employees.
• Support Equipment Service Request queries from sites and other projects nationwide.
• Monitor and consolidate P&E subject for return from sites and other projects nationwide.
• Prepare monthly reports on replaced and returning P&E from sites and other projects.
• Conduct internal inspection for damaged P&E and process possible warranty/insurance claims if any.
• Inspect and monitor physical inventory of P&E subject for disposal.
