About the Role
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven off-plan real estate sales experience within the UAE market.
- Possess a strong, active database of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and international investors.
- Deep understanding of the UAE property market, specific to Sharjah and Dubai mega-developments.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source new investors through cold calling, networking events, and broker channels to sell premium off-plan inventory.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours at the Aljada and Masaar discovery centers.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
