About the Role
Manage all administrative functions for a commercial, retail, and industrial property portfolio. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants: handling queries, maintenance requests, and lease-related correspondence. Coordinate lease administration including renewals, amendments, and new lease documentation. Process and reconcile monthly rental invoices, statements, and arrears follow-ups. Consult with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of building-related issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in MDA property management software. Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and monthly reporting for property owners. Ensure compliance with lease terms, municipal requirements, and company policies.
