Our client in the commercial real estate industry, located in North York, is hiring a Commercial Property Accountant for a permanent position


Responsibilities



  • Prepare monthly financial statements for a portfolio of commercial properties, including variance analysis and timely reporting

  • Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger integrity

  • Oversee AR/AP processes, including tenant billings, rent rolls, CAM recoveries, HST filings, and resolving tenant account issues
