Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Business Planning & Projects Lead to drive end-to-end strategic planning, procurement, and execution of key logistics initiatives across SPX Express.

This role sits at the intersection of network planning, procurement, and operational strategy, responsible for ensuring SPX scales efficiently through robust capacity planning, strong vendor ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making.

You will lead strategic initiatives across network expansion, new logistics products, cost optimisation, and operational transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Regional teams.
