Project Surveyor

We're excited to be recruiting for a Project Surveyor to support the delivery of a brand-new social housing contract . This is a fantastic opportunity to join at mobilisation stage and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality planned works programmes.

Working across a range of planned maintenance and capital works projects , you'll take ownership from inception through to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Planned works may include kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, external decorations and wider improvement programmes .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planned works projects from feasibility through to completion
• Conduct property surveys and inspections to assess condition and scope of works
