Project Support - Concept Implementation

In XXL we are one team and now we are looking for a Project Support to strengthen our Concept Implementation Project Team. You will work in close cooperation with the Project Lead.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Onsite support and main contact person to store and support team.
- Support Project Leader with planning of all details in the project.
- Clear plan and schedule for daily and weekly tasks to be communicate to all onsite team members.
- Ensure all onsite team members understand their responsibilities and timeline for daily tasks.
- You will run the daily work on site and ensure all tasks are performed according to plan. You will provide support where needed and adjust resources within the project to reach daily goals.
- During the project you will follow up on timeline and give daily report to Project Lead and stakeholders and suggest changes in the project plan when needed if timeline are not followed.
