About the Role

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating the development and implementation of internal business systems and process improvement projects.
  • Role involves creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of system development initiatives.
  • Establish project baselines and track progress against approved schedules.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps for internal systems and process automation projects.
  • Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule performance. 
  • Schedule activities related to system design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support. 
  • Great communicator and required good communication skills.
