A Snapshot of Your Day

As Project Scheduler, you would be working with a multi‑cultural team of Project Managers, Engineers and other professionals to build and deliver HV Substations projects for customers in the US and Canada.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, tracking the progress and completion of critical milestones.
• Work with different departments (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, customers) to ensure milestones’ completion on time, within cost and scope expected.
• Track milestones by using Primavera P6.
• Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Participate in negotiations when change orders are received.
• Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.
• Conduct material status review with purchasing/sourcing department.
