About the Role

            Job Responsibilities Manage own academic research and administrative activities, including small‑scale project management, to coordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines. 
Carry out original research, adapting existing and developing new mathematical models, scientific techniques and experimental protocols, building software tools and conducting empirical studies where appropriate. 
Write, publish and disseminate results, including giving research presentations at meetings. 
Contribute and develop ideas for new research projects, generate research income, and present detailed research proposals to senior researchers. 
Act as a source of information and advice to other members of the group on scientific protocols and experimental techniques. 
Represent the research group at external meetings or seminars, either with other members of the group or alone.
