About the Role

            Responsibilities  Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ISH & AQC superstructural and finishing works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. 
Oversee offsite fabrication and delivery of structural elements while managing stakeholders, project teams, and technical coordination for large‑scale integrated or mixed‑use developments. 
Lead project planning, execution, and completion within schedule, budget, and quality targets. 
Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. 
Manage contracts, project costs, claims, variations, and progress payments. 
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities. 
Review designs, technical submissions, and resolve constructability issues.
