Project Manager

A leading construction company is looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience to join their dynamic team. Exposure to Mechanical/ Electrical would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, considering mechanical and electrical requirements. Stakeholder Management : Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project milestones and objectives.
