Project Manager, PMO, ARTC

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Projects, a multi-year collaborative R&D programme focused on smart and sustainable manufacturing solutions for the FMCG Pillar.

Project Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from project initiation through execution, review, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain integrated projects plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead risk, issue, and change management at project level.

Industry & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary project management interface with T1 Anchor stakeholders.
• Coordinate across internal A*STAR stakeholders, including ARTC, research institutes, and corporate functions.
