Location: Dubai, UAE (with travel across the MENA portfolio as required)

Reports to: MENA Cluster Lead / PM Delivery Lead

Grade: P2

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of moves, adds and changes (MAC) and small works projects across the corporate real estate portfolio of a leading international banking client in MENA. The role owns end-to-end churn and minor project delivery — from demand intake and scoping through planning, vendor mobilisation, execution and close‑out — within a regulated banking environment, to JLL PMO governance standards and the client's security, compliance and operational requirements.
