Role Overview

The Project Lead bridges construction management, logistics, and account development. You will oversee the full lifecycle of store development projects from planning to execution. This role manages timelines, budgets, and quality standards while leading the logistics process to ensure efficient goods and services flow.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• System Setup : Initialize project master data, including projects, parties, and articles.
• Milestone Tracking : Manage project timelines in Tract or Wrike, holding stakeholders accountable.
• Procurement : Execute digital RFQ bidding processes using the TRACT sourcing module.
• Blueprint Reading : Interpret design and construction drawings for project sites.
• Financial Oversight
