Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as we scale to the next phase in Compass Digital’s journey! This is a unique opportunity to incorporate agility in planning, process, and programs to ensure that our cross‑functional teams deliver our e‑commerce products efficiently while meeting the demands of the business.

• Become well versed in Compass Digital PMO Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagement
• Visibility and tracking of all project implementations and drive accountability for all deliverables associated with the engagements
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior resources working on their project implementations
• Create and own multiple documentation and artifacts including schedule, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for our e‑commerce projects
