Job Overview We are a global animal welfare organisation based in Switzerland, dedicated to revealing suffering, rescuing animals in need and protecting them. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our mission. 
Responsibilities Coordinate project activities focused on animal welfare issues and organisational‑wide projects. 
Ensure timelines and deliverables are clearly defined using established templates. 
Deliver projects end‑to‑end using project management frameworks and standards, adjusting with support when needed. 
Monitor time, budget on several projects and coordinate resource needs within approved limits. 
Identify risks, dependencies and issues early, escalating appropriately.
