PTS Advance has and immediate need for a Project Manager with strong construction background.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and successful completion of construction projects with emphasis on industrial, healthcare, and occupied facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, execution, risk management, and closeout.
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $1MM–$5MM+.
• Start date - ASAP 4–5-month contract position duration could longer.
• Hours to start - 40 hrs. a week - could ramp up into the project.
• Pay rate - 120k a yr. (95k-120k) DOE.
• Local candidates preferred, familiar with California permitting and code requirements.
