Project Manager

·3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (light industrial, big box retail, not really any homes — multifamily builds acceptable). Must provide project list showcasing experience in said fields.

·Able to work on multiple jobs at once

·Worked for GCs, not so much subcontracting experience

·Familiar with technology like Microsoft Project and Primavera

·Experience with 5-50 million dollar projects

·Good job stability

Salary Range: $90,000-120,000
