Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients

and stakeholders

Lead client meetings (kick-off, status updates, review sessions) with clear

communication

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, operations)

Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation effectively

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Qualifications:

Experience in implementing ITSM( e.g. Fresh works), CRM, or COTS products is highly

desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field

Overall 6-8 Years , relevant 3–5 years of proven project management experience

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
