Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing, documenting and executing a detailed project plan.
• Coordinating the efforts of stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan.
• Developing a detailed Project Charter.
• Initiating internal and external kick-offs.
• Following the Genasys project delivery process (Agile).
• Delivering backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, demo and retrospective meetings.
• Responsible for the full Change Management process, including all escalation and documentation.
• Risk management through the Risk Matrix and Risk management toolkit.
• Financial planning and forecasting and ensuring that milestones are achieved.
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Effective stakeholder management, which include ongoing engagement to ensure transparency and resolving day-to-day challenges.
