Project Manager IV

Job Summary

Project Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing the design and execution of major capital construction and renovation projects, including overall monitoring of contract administration. Responsible to lead and mentor less experienced project managers through the planning, design, bidding, construction, and close out phases of project execution. Requires a bachelors degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Drivers license required.
